WA based chef & restaurateur has created new venues at Smiths Beach Resort in the South West of Western Australia. Chef Jim Mailes shows off some the fantastic local produce which he sources. The deli has a range of excellent ingredients and produce which guests at Smith's Breach Resort can create their own great food.
